Net Zero in NZ report: Comment by NERI CEO

Vivid Consulting has prepared a report for GLOBE-NZ setting out scenarios for how NZ's might evolve on various assumptions about greenhouse gas reductions.  NERI CEO Simon Arnold has responded with a comment, published by Pure Adanatge, arguing that first we need to sort out what New Zealand should and wants to do.
